i have suffered with spinal stenosis and sciatic nerve pain for almost 15 years. 3 back surgeries did not help. i am a woman of faith and God is my rock. i am here to meet fellow warriors and share experiences and pray for one another. thank you.

I, too, had back surgery. But mine was for severely herniated discs causing sciatica, and it did work. In my case, physical therapy made it worse, and medications were not very helpful. I did get some temporary relief with a TENS unit, have you tried that?
