Pain not new, but very old. Basic problem is strong curvature of spine. Pain has been there since my 20’s and pregnancy. It makes walking difficult. Now using a rollator. Not so much for aid walking but to have ready available place to sit which is only way to relieve back pain. I refuse to give in. And the rollator allows me to continue visiting flea markets, quilt shows, craft shows, and most importantly grandchildren.
Arthritis now contributes to pain. My rheumatologist of twenty some years has been constant support. My md is also most supportive. Her prescription for an antidepressant recently completely changed my view of my current life.2 Comments
