Hello! I’m feeling pretty good today as long as I’m cautious about the way I hold my head to my neck. I have two cervical fusions and need two more done but they will require surgery both from the front and 5e back of my neck and spine. I’m avoiding it because I have a special needs child that no one else can care for during my convalescence time. I’m doing pretty well in learning to live with my condition and look forward to learning more about natural pain relief.

@slover-william I’m trying to learn how to navigate in here, there’s so many icons for different things that I’m a bit lost.

@pyrember Each icon takes you to a different section. Best idea is to click them all and learn what they do… If you click the open arrow at the top of the left menu, it has a label for each item

Thank you for sharing with us, @pyrember — you sound like you are a great mother! Have you found any kinds of natural pain relief that have helped you this far?

@emilyxlc nothing other than heat application…hot showers, heating pad, things like that. Oh, and I take turmeric for anti inflammation properties.
