After ALL of these years, I had thought I was alone! I didn’t even know there was a true name for them until now– I just always called it post-migraine high. It makes me want to eat a TON of food and I just feel SO good after the migraine finally breaks. I try to drink plenty of water as one of my big migraine triggers is dehydration and that has been a big help in preventing them.
