Hi, PR Community!
As the holiday season is here, I’m compiling a list of gift ideas for those with chronic pain — and I would love to hear from YOU!
Whether it’s a red light therapy device, a massager, or even a weighted blanket, what are your favorite, must-have items that help you find relief, relax, and manage your pain? Let the community know in the comments below and just maybe your gift idea will be featured in an upcoming article.

Anything that would support a healthy distraction- going to sound nerdy here but word searches, crossword books were my go-to ‘back in the day’ when my pain was new to me- art supplies would be a current wish. Diamond painting kits etc. Hand dexterity issues brings me to OXO products- they are my favorite and anyone with hypermobility/pain/arthritis should have their products. Their Y peeler, for example is actually a pleasure to use. Compression tape.. I’ll stop, I could go on LOL

@eclecticzebra KT tape, I have used that a lot and it works great. I have used some that has copper infused in it and it really works wonders, it kept my joints in place, especially my shoulder, my right shoulder is the only one that gives me problems and my left hip is the only one that’s a problem for me. But my right wrist is also a problem area for me. I would LOVE to have one of those percussion massagers for Christmas.

A body pillow offers me some relief, and I would be thrilled if I received one as gift fir sure.
