In each day to deal with pain, I find stretching helps. Also keeping hydrated, doing accupressure, not sitting or standing for too long. Eating antiinflammatory foods. Getting fresh air even if it is cold seems to help with relieving pain. It is a constant flow of things working together to keep the pain down to a minimum everyday. Just as the body does through organs to keep the blood filtered. Non-stop all day, everyday. It becomes a beautiful constructed dance inside and outside the body, with a purpose. To keep the body happy while the decaying process is happening. Then the mind can also find rest.
