aweber posted in the group Back & Spine
Yesterday in the Chronic Pain group was an interesting post on Biofeedback therapy. In looking into it, I found something that seems a bit similar for chronic back pain. This was out of Stanford, which must warrant some merit. Does anybody have any familiarity with this Cognitive Behavioral Therapy?

AMYGDALA RETRAINING, nothing new, did nothing for me as well as a family member. If you don’t have the supportive and peaceful surroundings to do it, it is doomed to fail. Annies and Gupta systems were both purchased. It has helped many, and everything is worth a shot. Annies is a bit higher rated. Some pain is just unavoidable due to the nature and underlying cause. But everything is worth a shot! There are some videos of Guptas program on youtube >> https://www.ei-resource.org/treatment-options/treatment-information/brain-retraining-amygdala-and-limbic-system-desensitization/
