Hi I went to get an ultrasound on my liver and now my doctor wants blood work

I started physical therapy at home online it was hard for me to do.my knees were hurting I had tight bands wrapped around me.

@Liz55 Hugs to you– do you feel like you are getting good rest at night, or is it that you’re not sleeping well and it’s making you tired throughout the whole day? 🙁

Well the problem is I don’t really have a set schedule to sleep it could be that! IdkWhen I do get sleep it’s always 8 plus hours!
But this past Friday i could not open my eyes and had at least 24 hours of sleep but not the first time for this!..
