My lower back hurts and I know I have disc desese but it’s my upper back and neck that really get me. I am getting another bone density test on the 31st of this month to see how much my Osteoarthritis has progressed. The last time Ihave one was in 2017. Hope I can get some answers

I LOVE ASMR! I’ve had trouble sleeping since having kids– I guess my body just doesn’t want to fall soundly asleep in the event I am needed. After using white noise for years, I found ASMR. I’ve been listening to it to fall asleep now for a couple of years– there’s a YouTuber named ASMR Darling and her stuff knocks me right out, every time.

there was a study from Yale saying covid becoming endemic but it will take 2 years, covid is still dangerous, ill still practice safety measures, ill wear mask in some places or if i see people getting sick like last month, i hope it’ll disappear forever
