Well I’ve been doing work at my house all day and my back is now in a pain level that I don’t usually get.

@Jadamsage Sometimes I REALLY irritate my muscles when I’m doing projects around the house– I guess that comes with not being able to be too terribly active anymore. Did you lift anything heavy or do any intense bending that you don’t usually do?
Not a good sign. When I overdo it, there are two types of pain. The regular muscle pull that can last days, or the much worse “back went out”. This when I can’t walk straight, and often has pain down my leg. I have to say only medication helps here, and sadly often requires a muslce relaxant due to the spasms.
