Ugh, I hope they have stopped and you feel better! Do you think it’s diet, weather, sleeping position? For me, the common cause is good old yummy MSG causing flares gahh

My lower back hurts and I know I have disc desese but it’s my upper back and neck that really get me. I am getting another bone density test on the 31st of this month to see how much my Osteoarthritis has progressed. The last time Ihave one was in 2017. Hope I can get some answers
