Hello my fellow chronic pain survivors. I have had an immense amount of pain in my lower right back. Drs only want to give you large amounts of ibuprofen and muscle relaxers. I cannot take ibuprofen because of a terrible bout of gastritis. I have chosen not to go the doctor because i will not get the kind of help I need. I have muscle relaxers and tylenol 8 hr arthritis meds. I have also used ice packs and a heating pad. I get very momentary relief. This has been going on a week now. I just want to scream.
