I so believe animals can help heal. I went out to get the mail about 12 yrs ago while going through interferon treatments which is a form of chemo and in the middle of the street was a dog sitting there watching me. All I do is smoke some really good Indica. I can’t take Melatonin as it does nothing for me. Maybe you can look into valerian root, lemon balm, or passion flower, as well.
