I am at the place where they put the heart monitor on me. Lets see the out come. I have to wear it for 10 days

I still think it’s sleep apnea because when I was in the hospital for my ankle surgery the nurse came running in there at night and woke me up and said you have bad sleep apnea then she put the oxygen on me every night and my heart ❤️ rate stayed stable like in the 70’s and 80’s even during the day when they…Read More

@emilyxlc yeah I have it now. It’s pretty simple to wear but you have to change the battery every 4 hrs. They give you a extra battery and a charger and it’s pretty simple to do. Praying it’s just the sleep apnea

@suzzee33 I’m so glad to hear that it is simple to wear and use! Goodness though, with all the technology we have in this world and they can’t find a way to give you longer than a 4 hour span to, say, sleep? My fingers and toes are crossed for you, my friend. Keep us posted!

I just went to see the cardiologist here in town. He is gonna have me wear a monitor for 10 day’s and see what it shows. I like it because he is here in town and very nice. Finally gonna get down to the bottom of this all. Just did my bone density test for my RA Dr. I think I see him next month. Figure that one out too. Thanks for all the support.…Read More

Good luck!! I think the monitor for up to 10 days is a great idea. It can be more beneficial with a better idea/picture vs the standard 48 hour holter monitor. If you were instructed to keep a log of some sort (activity, symptoms, etc) please do so as it may help the cardiologist figure out how to help you.
