Hi! I’m new here and just wanted to introduce myself. My name is deejaye, I’ve live with chronic pain for 36 years from a variety of causes. I’ve had 3 lumbar spinal fusions so it’s entirely fused from L1 – S1. I live with my 12 year old cat Berto, who is my biggest comfort. I don’t know what I’d do without him. I’m looking forward to giving and receiving support here. And meeting new people. And maybe making new friends.

Hello @Deejaye, and welcome to the community. Having had back surgery, I know some of that pain. You’ll find a welcoming community with a lot of good ideas and comfort. As you’ve already shared – petd help!
