Welcome! I am sorry that your pain has been increasing.

Mess bothers me a lot too, I hear ya’ there, but one person can only do so much, hurting yourself to get it all done is never the answer. Are there tasks the boys can be given to pitch in? I see women always being expected to be the ones to do it all-which logically, is nonsense. Their butts sit on the same toilet that needs to be cleaned, they use the same dishes that need to be washed, laundry etc. Even the little things that go unseen, simple things like filling a sugar container all add up quickly and stack pain for us! If you have 3 able bodies guys hanging out and unfairly doing nothing to help you, maybe a family meeting is in order. There is no shame to be had in asking for help and it’s the least they can do! Trust me, I know, it’s difficult being the cleaning fairy with broken, pained wings!
