I’m newish here but have suffered with chronic pain for nearly 30 yrs. Todays a bad day due to the addition of a migraine starting and not sure if i want to cut my head off or try to find a replacement back! Glad to be on here with like minded people and hope to share my experiences, help wherever I can with others and to see if I can find little wins to help my pain along the way
