I recently learned that there is such a thing as mushroom powder! I wonder if the same benefits apply? Sure would last longer than fresh although nothing beats fresh!

I found some on Amazon – Bulgar Farms Organic Porcini Mushroom Powder looks like the one I will have to try at some point. I have Alpha-Gal allergy and cannot eat any mammal products. The topic was that mushroom powder added to ground turkey meat, makes it look and taste more like beef vs. plain ol’ ground turkey.

Oh this has always grossed me out the door! Either 2 minutes in a bowl of soapy water in the microwave or 20 seconds (wet) on it’s own -just don’t touch it or your eyes may stay crossed for a week (let it cool!)
