SQUEEEEE! That is adorable! How long did it take you to make him? Really talented! Crocheted or knitted? I have been working on a crotcheted blanket for ummmm 35 years now, it’s the size of a pot holder LMAO I kid you not, I’ve moved 5 times and still have my skeins, hooks and lil” pathetic pot holder in the same bag gahh ROFL

My grandmother used to be very talented at knitting and working with yarn. Your creations are fantastic. I really like the colors you chose. It must be great to have a talent where you can give gifts for special occasions to your friends and family.

Since fibromyalgia is both mental and physical my therapist offered me to try neuroptimal advanced brain training.
She has had very successful results from her patients in pain with this.

Today I received flu shot left arm and Covid booster in right arm.
Arms, shoulders and body are sore, plus headache and sensitive to sounds and certain smells. Sunglasses and ear plugs helped with the headache. Yoga stretches helped with the arm, shoulders and body pain.

In each day to deal with pain, I find stretching helps. Also keeping hydrated, doing accupressure, not sitting or standing for too long. Eating antiinflammatory foods.
