We will be off to Bucklebury Beer Fest on Saturday, NOT because we love beer but because daughter’s husband died of MND, so we shall be supporting this.

@dori-smith it’s good to rest when you need it. Some people just push through it and that is so bad for your body. It just makes everything flare up worse and in the long run sicker. Learned that the hard way.
-
@suzzee33 Yes, it’s terrible for your body. I’ve experienced some nasty crashes over my years with ME/CFS and learning to rest and pace was one of the best lessons I learned.

Weekend plans? Well, there will be a load of laundry to do tomorrow morning, then off to my favorite veggie market for fresh tomatoes and such. After that I will run to the grocery store for a few things and then I will come home and collapse. Sunday is church, and choir begins after a summer break, so it will be off to rehearsal in the evening.
