My mother-in-law is Polish and an excellent cook. She introduced me to the red-colored horseradish at a Thanksgiving dinner to compliment kielbasa and I have loved it as a condiment ever since. But who knew horseradish had all of these extra nutritional benefits? It is time to add another item to my shopping list this week. LOL
