Feeling really fatigued and sad. Holidays have been rough since my Dad passed away last year and my 10yr old dog passed away 5mths ago.

@sammiekay08 I’ve tried enjoying things we did together but it just makes me cry and miss him more. I do talk to him n hold his Urn.
