My pets have ALWAYS been so helpful in managing my discomfort so I am not at all surprised to read this.

I have learned a great deal of information on this Pain Resource Site. What is super unusual is that it has a variety of excellent articles all in one site broken down by categories and topics. All though it takes a few seconds to download, it is worth the wait because articles are current and some major breakthroughs in the world of medical science. To add to this unique site, the creator has added great giveaways and games to play like Pacman for those who are isolated in pain and want to enjoy a fun escape for a little while.

I so believe animals can help heal. I went out to get the mail about 12 yrs ago while going through interferon treatments which is a form of chemo and in the middle of the street was a dog sitting there watching me. He was skinny and had a few wounds so I called him over and he came. While I was petting him he had the biggest smile on his face. Took him inside and him and our other dog hit it off. Feed him gave him a bath and went to the feed store to get meds for his wounds. He is still with me today. He made what I was going through so much easier because my husband had to work so it was me and the doggos..
