    • Turmeric, curcumen, tart cherry juice, magnesium, MSM, SAM-e, Bromelain etc -I’ve tried it all over the years but think for intense pain one would need a vat of each to even touch the pain.         • It really is a great book, she has since, come out with different editions, but I am unsure how different they really are. The information is amazing organized and clear.
