What are some of y’alls top foods to fight your pain? From the research I’ve done, these are really helpful foods: ginger, soy, turmeric, cauliflower, cherries, caffeine, and fish.

    • Okay thanks for sharing!

    • Turmeric, curcumen, tart cherry juice, magnesium, MSM, SAM-e, Bromelain etc -I’ve tried it all over the years but think for intense pain one would need a vat of each to even touch the pain. I will tell you, out of all I think SAM-e helped me the most. The most helpful book I have ever come across, when I was on my ‘gonna solve this naturally’ stint, is Healthy Healing by Susan G Rector It is full of helpful information and I call it my bible. She has very specific information, accupuncture, accupressure, supplements, herbs, body systems each treat how and why etc all in a very easy to read format. I used that book, and had created my own personalized protocol, took 5 years of trial and error. I believe if my pain was not mostly from genetic deteriorative syndromes that I would have been able to solely use my protocol, but it advanced and I am no longer able to do it the natural way. I hope you are able to get relief and find a combo that works for you, and def. check the book out!

      • Thanks, I am looking forward to reading.

        • It really is a great book, she has since, come out with different editions, but I am unsure how different they really are. The information is amazing organized and clear. Let me know how it goes if you get the book. I am curious to know what the differences are in the newer editions actually. 🤗

    • What kind of pain do you have? I’ve written a few articles on good foods to eat to help with pain, I’d be more than happy to send them to you!

    • Cumin boiled water tulsi leaves can be used for any stomach issues and cold
