I recently learned that there is such a thing as mushroom powder! I wonder if the same benefits apply? Sure would last longer than fresh although nothing beats fresh!

Interesting 🤔 hadn’t seen none before but rather just have them fresh ! But if do see mushroom powder I may try it!

I found some on Amazon – Bulgar Farms Organic Porcini Mushroom Powder looks like the one I will have to try at some point. I have Alpha-Gal allergy and cannot eat any mammal products. The topic was that mushroom powder added to ground turkey meat, makes it look and taste more like beef vs. plain ol’ ground turkey.

My grandmother used to be very talented at knitting and working with yarn. Your creations are fantastic. I really like the colors you chose. It must be great to have a talent where you can give gifts for special occasions to your friends and family.

Turmeric, curcumen, tart cherry juice, magnesium, MSM, SAM-e, Bromelain etc -I’ve tried it all over the years but think for intense pain one would need a vat of each to even touch the pain. I will tell you, out of all I think SAM-e helped me the most. The most helpful book I have ever come across, when I was on my ‘gonna solve this naturally’…Read More
